How long is the residential programme?+
Our residential programme runs for six weeks. Every aspect of the schedule is designed to promote healing of the mind, body and spirit.
Do you offer medically supervised detox?+
Yes. Detoxification is medically supervised with 24-hour nursing care and doctor oversight.
Who will care for me during my stay?+
You'll be supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, addiction counsellors and detox specialists.
What conditions do you treat?+
We treat alcohol, drug and prescription medication dependence, as well as burnout, depression, anxiety, emotional distress and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
How much does the programme cost?+
Fees range from R3,500 – R5,000 at Schaapkraal and R10,000 – R15,000 at Pinelands for the full six-week programme.
Do you offer aftercare?+
Yes. Aftercare is central to our approach — we provide follow-up support, relapse-prevention planning and access to our community long after discharge.

Absolutely. We provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for every resident.
